Stage Instruments are simultaneously sculpture and the "live" characters of a given performance.  They have a movement of their own and create a sound when activated by the "human performer".  Roles may vary as they can be a part of the scenery, costuming, or a mobile object.

They are not musical instruments in the conventional sense, though their sounds  create the basis for the music.  And, they are not mere "props" since they play an pivotal role in the Pah Theatre's unique concept of performance art: to create a unified world of theatre, sound, and vision on-stage.  A place where one cannot separate the different elements- the actor is a part of the scenery.
